Inspections, audits and surveillance visits are scheduled from here, and every report, NCR and record book is issued under the same quality plan we use in Canada at our Mississauga, Ontario office.

Do you provide third-party inspection services in Dallas and across Texas?
Yes. Our Dallas office at 8350 N Central Expressway dispatches qualified inspectors to fabricators, pipe shops, module yards and construction sites across Dallas–Fort Worth, San Antonio, Houston and the Gulf Coast, typically within one to three business days of an approved scope.
Do you cover Gulf Coast fabrication shops in Houston and Beaumont?
Yes. Gulf Coast fabrication is a core coverage area served from our Dallas office — there is no separate Houston street office. Structural, piping, vessel and skid scopes are inspected against your ITP with witness and hold points attended in person and reported the same day.
Can you support US data center construction projects?
Yes. We support US data center programs with owner-side commissioning QA/QC, project quality plans, ITPs, factory acceptance testing and turnover documentation, and attend equipment FATs at supplier works before shipment to site.
What qualifications do your US inspectors hold?
Assignments are staffed with personnel whose certifications match the scope and code — for example AWS CWI for welding, AMPP for coatings, ASNT for NDT and ISO 9001 lead auditors for audits. Certificates are provided with each proposal.
