Inspection and Quality Oversight

Independent inspectors on your yards, shops and sites — verifying that fabrication, welding, coating and installation meet the specification, code and contract before you sign for it.

Overview

What is Inspection and Quality Oversight?

Independent verification that materials, fabrication and installation comply with the specification, applicable codes and the project's Inspection & Test Plan — carried out by qualified inspectors accountable to you, not the vendor.

Our inspectors mobilise to fabrication shops, module yards, coating facilities and construction sites. They witness hold and witness points, review manufacturer records, raise non-conformances at source and issue timely, evidence-based reports so decisions never wait on paperwork.

From ITP to signed inspection record.

A disciplined inspection campaign — sequenced so nothing ships or gets buried without evidence of conformance.

  1. STEP 01

FAQ

Common questions.

Delivered across North America, with India and the UAE coming soon.

What is quality inspection and oversight?

It is independent, third-party verification that fabrication, materials, welding, coating and installation comply with the specification, applicable codes and the project's Inspection & Test Plan. Inspectors report to the owner or EPC, not the vendor.

Are your inspectors qualified and accredited?

Yes. Our inspectors hold recognised qualifications including AWS CWI (welding), NACE / AMPP CIP (coatings), ASNT NDT Level II/III, API 510/570/653 and ISO 9001 lead auditor credentials. Assignments are matched to the discipline required.

Do you work at vendor shops as well as on construction sites?

Yes. We deploy for source inspection at fabrication shops, module yards, forge and casting facilities, OEM plants, and to construction and commissioning sites — resident or campaign-based, worldwide from our North American hubs.

How quickly can you mobilise an inspector?

Standard mobilisation is 3 to 5 business days across North America. Urgent inspection support can typically be arranged within 48 hours, depending on discipline and location.

Which regions do you cover?

We inspect across North America from our Mississauga (Ontario) and Austin (Texas) offices, with additional coverage in India and the UAE coming soon.
