Jags Assurance was founded to give owners and operators an independent voice on the shop floor — someone whose only product is an accurate, evidence-backed opinion.
Every practitioner on our roster has spent years on the tools before joining the office — welding inspectors, coatings inspectors, mechanical engineers, lead auditors. That mix is why our findings hold up in the boardroom and at the module yard alike.
We work from offices in Mississauga, Ontario and Dallas, Texas — deliberately staying specialist while broadening reach.

How we are organised
Three practice areas, run by credentialed practitioners.
Assignments are led by practitioners holding recognised industry credentials — ASQ CQE, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, AWS CWI and AMPP/NACE coating inspection among them. We staff each engagement from the practice area that matches your scope, and name the lead practitioner and their qualifications in the proposal.

Capital projects & EPCM programmes
Led by practitioners who have run quality on live capital projects: project quality plans, inspection & test plans, hold-point management and turnover dossiers built to survive owner and regulator review. Work is scoped to the codes that govern the asset — ASME, API, CSA, AWS — not to a generic template.

Inspection & Vendor Surveillance
Shop floor, fabrication yard and site
Third-party inspection and vendor surveillance delivered by qualified inspectors across North America. Every visit produces a photo-evidenced report tied to the ITP hold point, with non-conformances raised at the fabricator rather than discovered at site receipt.

QMS & Certification Governance
Multi-site and regulated organisations
Management system design, internal audit programmes and certification readiness for ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 27001 and sector schemes. Audits are conducted to ISO 19011 practice, and findings are closed to verified effectiveness rather than to a closure date.
