Quality assurance for ports & marine projects

Marine structures are built in a corrosive environment with tidal working windows and heavy-lift tolerances measured in millimetres. Most long-term failures trace back to coating and cathodic protection defects at construction, or to piling records that can't demonstrate the driven capacity assumed in design.

Corrosion protection in splash and tidal zones

Coating and cathodic protection in the splash zone determines asset life. We inspect surface preparation, application conditions and DFT on every coat, and verify anode installation and continuity before submersion.

Piling and driven-capacity evidence

Pile records are the only proof of installed capacity. We verify driving logs, PDA testing and set criteria against the geotechnical design, and hold acceptance until the record is complete.

Heavy-lift fabrication tolerance

Jetty modules and crane rails have fit-up tolerances that cannot be corrected offshore. We enforce dimensional control and trial-fit verification in the fabrication yard.
