Manufacturing quality is measured in escape rate and scrap, not in audit scores. Our work here is about making the system produce conforming parts consistently — capable processes, controlled changes, supplier parts that arrive to print, and a CAPA process that actually eliminates causes instead of re-inspecting the symptom.
Where manufacturing quality typically fails
We run PPAP review and source inspection at the supplier, verify measurement system capability, and set incoming inspection levels by risk rather than applying the same AQL to everything.
Capable at launch does not mean capable at month six. We audit SPC implementation, reaction plans and control plan adherence so drift is caught by the operator, not by the customer.
We rebuild root cause analysis around evidence — 8D, fishbone, 5-why with verification — and measure CAPA effectiveness by recurrence rate, not by closure date.
