Mine sites are remote, weather-driven and unforgiving of a missing certificate — a re-inspection means a charter flight, not a drive across town. Our mining work concentrates on getting it verified once: structural steel and mill components checked at the fabricator, concrete and grout controlled on site, and turnover assembled to the standard the operations team will actually inherit.
Where mining & minerals quality typically fails
Every deficiency found at site multiplies in cost. We push verification back to the fabrication shop — dimensional control, weld quality, surface preparation and match-marking — so what arrives on the pad is installation-ready.
Mill shells, conveyor galleries and crusher structures carry alignment tolerances that must be verified before grout. We witness survey and alignment records and hold the grout pour until tolerance is signed off.
Aggregate sources and batch plants change through a long build. We verify mix designs, monitor field testing frequency, and track break results against acceptance criteria rather than accepting a summary at the end.
